Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 2vgame wallet in real time under normal operating conditions. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless 2vgame determines that the market should be voided due to exceptional circumstances such as event cancellation, postponement beyond the settlement period, or manifest error.

Casino & RNG Games: All slot games, Super Keno, and other random number generator (RNG) based products on 2vgame use certified and independently verified RNG systems. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by the player or by 2vgame after the game round commences.

Live Casino: Live dealer games are broadcast in real time. Technical disconnection during a live game round does not void the bet; 2vgame's system records the state of the round at the point of disconnection, and the result will stand based on the recorded game outcome.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games and are displayed at the point of placing a bet.
• 2vgame reserves the right to void or limit bets placed as a result of a manifest pricing or system error.
• Bets placed after the official start of a sporting event through non-live (pre-match) markets will be voided.
